Introduction

Welcome to trendbet. This document sets out the Terms & Conditions ("Terms") under which trendbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") provides sports betting, live casino, and related entertainment services to registered users ("you", "the Member", or "the Player"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and trendbet.

trendbet operates as an English-language platform serving Malaysian adults with information, guidance, and entertainment services related to online sports betting and casino gaming. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the trendbet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active trendbet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. trendbet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. Underage gambling is prohibited. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any stage.
2. You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity — registering and using the account for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. You must not be accessing trendbet from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your location.
4. You must not be registered under another existing active trendbet account. Each Member may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through trendbet or any affiliated gambling platform.
6. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration. Misrepresentation of identity, age, or address constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access trendbet's betting and gaming services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and honestly. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1. You must provide a valid and unique email address, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and current residential address.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. trendbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where adequate security precautions were not maintained by you.
3. You must not share your account login credentials with any other person. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
4. trendbet may request KYC documentation prior to processing a withdrawal or at any time we consider it necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or player protection purposes. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence, and a proof of address dated within three months.
5. Accounts are created and maintained in MYR as the primary currency. Currency conversion fees may apply to deposits or withdrawals made in alternative currencies.

Terms of Use

Your use of trendbet must at all times comply with these Terms and applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited.

1. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the trendbet platform in a manner that circumvents normal human play patterns or exploits system latency.
2. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated activity designed to exploit bonus offers or game mathematics in a way that is inconsistent with normal recreational play.
3. Using another person's account, payment method, or identity on trendbet under any circumstances.
4. Attempting to access areas of the trendbet platform not intended for Member use, including but not limited to administrative panels, server-side logic, or third-party API integrations.
5. Transmitting or posting any content through trendbet support or community channels that is defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, or in violation of any applicable Malaysian or international law.
6. Creating multiple accounts with the intent of claiming welcome bonuses or promotions more than once. Promotional abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of accrued balances.

Deposits & Payments

trendbet supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name.

1. Accepted deposit channels include FPX bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and eligible cryptocurrency methods where available. Available channels may vary by account status and territory.
2. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. The general minimum is MYR 50 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
3. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are not permitted. trendbet reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.
4. trendbet processes deposits in good faith; however, delays caused by payment providers, bank processing windows, or e-wallet platform outages are outside our direct control.
5. All deposited funds are held in MYR. Any currency conversion at the point of deposit is subject to applicable exchange rates and fees which are the responsibility of the Member.

Withdrawals

trendbet is committed to timely withdrawal processing subject to verification requirements, bonus conditions, and payment provider timelines.

1. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to methods registered in the Member's verified name. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
2. KYC verification must be complete before trendbet processes withdrawals exceeding the threshold applicable to your account tier. Standard verification documents include a valid Malaysian identity document and proof of residential address.
3. Eligible e-wallet withdrawals — including Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following internal approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds remain unfulfilled. Players should ensure all applicable rollover conditions have been met before submitting a withdrawal.
5. trendbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Processing may be extended during these reviews.
6. Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per defined period. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section. Members who require higher limits may contact support to discuss their eligibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

trendbet offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which supplement and override these general Terms where there is any inconsistency.

1. Welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and special event bonuses are available to eligible verified Members. Eligibility conditions vary by promotion.
2. Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements range from 1x to 35x depending on the specific promotion.
3. Game contribution rates apply to all bonus wagering. Slot games generally contribute 100% of the staked amount towards bonus rollover. Live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%, or may be excluded entirely from eligible wagering. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
4. A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active in your account. Placing individual bets above this limit — typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 — may constitute a breach of promotion terms and result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
5. Bonuses expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
6. trendbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where it believes the promotion is being abused, misrepresented, or accessed fraudulently.
7. Members may not combine multiple welcome bonuses. One welcome package per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through trendbet. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant market or game section of the platform.

1. All wagers are final once confirmed. trendbet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in clause 9.4 below.
2. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a wager. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed placement constitute the binding contractual odds for that wager.
3. In the event that a market is determined to have been offered in error — for instance, through a manifest pricing error, data feed failure, or corrupted result — trendbet reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
4. trendbet may suspend or void specific bets in circumstances where evidence of irregular betting patterns, match integrity concerns, or technical failures affecting the outcome of an event is identified.
5. For live casino games, the result displayed by the live dealer studio constitutes the final, binding outcome. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, wagers placed prior to disconnection will be settled in accordance with documented game rules.
6. trendbet uses independently developed or tested random-number-generation systems for eligible digital casino games. RTP values stated for specific games reflect long-term mathematical averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Responsible Gambling

trendbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gaming and betting must remain a form of entertainment. The following responsible gambling conditions form a material part of these Terms.

1. All trendbet services are restricted to adults aged 21 years and above. Age verification will be enforced at the point of registration and during KYC review.
2. Members may voluntarily apply deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — through the account settings. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
3. Members may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will not be able to deposit or place bets. Cooling-off requests must be submitted through trendbet support.
4. Self-exclusion is available to any Member who feels that their gambling is no longer within their control. Self-exclusion periods apply for a minimum of six months and, once activated, cannot be reversed early.
5. trendbet does not pursue, re-engage, or send promotional materials to Members who are under an active self-exclusion order.
6. Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek independent support. Talian Kasih (15999) and GamCare are available as confidential support resources. trendbet support can provide contact information for relevant Malaysian and international organisations on request.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, interfaces, text, data, graphics, and other materials published on or through trendbet are the exclusive intellectual property of trendbet or its licensed partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the trendbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any trendbet content.
2. You must not copy, scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise replicate the trendbet platform or any part of its content without prior written permission from trendbet.
3. trendbet's trade name, logo, and visual identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any digital or physical medium is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, trendbet excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform.

1. trendbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
2. trendbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Member's use of the platform in violation of these Terms, including losses attributable to unauthorised account access where the Member failed to maintain reasonable account security.
3. trendbet does not guarantee outcomes of any betting or gaming activity. Sports results, live game outcomes, and casino game results are determined by events or algorithms outside trendbet's direct control.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by trendbet's proven negligence.

Suspension & Termination

trendbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account where there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been or are likely to be breached.

1. Circumstances which may lead to account suspension include, but are not limited to: verified breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information during registration or KYC, collusion with other players, or abuse of bonus offers.
2. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's access to their balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. trendbet will make reasonable efforts to conclude investigations promptly.
3. Where account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms by the Member, any outstanding bonus balances and related winnings may be forfeited. Cash balances not implicated in the breach may be returned to the Member's verified payment method at trendbet's discretion.
4. Members may request voluntary account closure at any time through the trendbet support team. Pending KYC verification, eligible cash balances will be returned to the registered payment method within the standard processing window.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which trendbet holds its international operating licence. This is not a claim of Malaysian government regulation — no such regulatory framework currently exists for online gambling in Malaysia.

Malaysian users are reminded that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the local laws applicable to online gambling activity in their jurisdiction. trendbet provides information for entertainment purposes and does not offer legal advice.

Amendments to These Terms

trendbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the trendbet platform.

1. Where a material amendment is made to these Terms, trendbet will use reasonable efforts to notify active Members through the platform interface or registered email address. The responsibility to review updated Terms rests with each Member.
2. Continued use of the trendbet platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes the Member's acceptance of those amended Terms.
3. If a Member does not accept an amendment to these Terms, they should cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.
